"Make connections you don't have to do it alone"

Here at NEC UK our support groups bring together people who are going through or have gone through similar experiences. Our Support Groups provide an opportunity for people to share personal experiences and feelings, coping strategies, or first-hand information about Necrotising Enterocolitis and research.

NEC UK is a non profit organisation,we are independent of any organization and run entirely by volunteers affected by NEC.

Benefits of our support groups:

The most common feedback we receive from our group members and thoses affected by NEC, they are extremely grateful to be able to participate in group discussions and are given the opportunity to speak with others who have experienced similar feelings, worries, everyday problems & treatment decisions.

Why not head over to one of our Social Media Support Groups...

You can find us at Instagram, Twitter & Facebook. Please Note on Facebook we have two seperate groups, our first group page is called NEC UK Charity Support Group This is our Closed Support Group for those personally affected by NEC. You will be asked a few questions before being accepted within the group. These questions are to make sure our group remains personal and members only affected by NEC.

Our second group is called NEC UK (Necrotising Enterocolitis) This is our open group page accessible to the public to help raise awareness of Necrotising Enterocolitis (NEC).
