NEC UK offers nappy support to UK families of babies and children identified as having an above average usage of nappies because of Necrotising Enterocolitis and who meet the following criteria:

• Have a stoma because of NEC or NEC related complication.

• Have Short bowel syndrome (SBS) because of NEC and where an average use of nappies is regularly exceeded.

• Are currently in hospital recovering from NEC, or NEC related complication or a reversal procedure.

Nappy support is intended as a contribution and is not a complete nappy supply service.

NEC UK will look at each application fairly, set against our nappy criteria, available funds, circumstances and need of each individual baby/child. Once we have received your application, we will email you to let you know we have received it and aim to give you a decision on if we can help within 7 working days thereafter.
