TCS London Marathon 2027 - Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th April​​

The following terms and conditions have been written to ensure that NEC UK can support its fundraisers, whilst raising as much as possible to fund its work and support families affected by Necrotising Enterocolitis. Once you have registered to take part in an event for NEC UK, we will do our utmost to support you with your fundraising and training.

 

What you can expect from us:

 

- A branded running Vest

- A fundraising pack - containing everything you'll need to help you get started, as well as materials to help boost your fundraising (receive this via email or post)

-Support across social media

 

As an event participant, you agree to the following:

1.Third parties - It is your responsibility to read and comply with all terms and conditions issued by the event organiser. You must complete an online registration with the London Marathon organisers otherwise the place will be revoked. We will be in touch with you when the online registration with the London Marathon organisers is available.

 

*Fundraising - Enthuse Is the Official platform, integrated with the marathon app, ideal for charity places. Please visit www.londonmarathonevents.co.uk/london-marathon for fundraising terms and conditions. 

 

2. Ability - You must ensure that you are medically fit to take part in your chosen event. Please seek advice from your doctor to ensure that it is safe for you to participate in this event.​​

3. Pledge - You agree to raise funds exclusively for NEC UK by taking part in the London Marathon with your charity place,  We don't have a fundraising target for you, we are just so grateful that you have chosen to fundraise for us! We kindly ask to receive all donations no later than 8 weeks post-event.

 

4. Gift Aid - We are unable to include the amount raised through Gift Aid in your total due to the way we receive Gift Aid from HMRC.

 

5. Injury - If you are injured or are unable to take part in an event, please let NEC UK as soon as possible. If you would like to defer your place to next year, please get in touch and we will check whether this is possible.

 

6. Images and video - Any photos and videos taken during your participation in any event may be used by NEC UK for promotion of future events. If you do not wish for your images and footage to be used, please get in touch and let us know.

 

7. Communications - By registering, you will automatically be opted in to receive all communications for this event from NEC UK including (and not limited to): Phone, Email, WhatsApp, in the post and more.

 

8. Available to attend on Saturday 27th or Sunday 25th April 2027- The Finish Line will close at 17:30 on Saturday 24 April and Midnight on Sunday 25th.
