Why would an online cash service leave a digital token transfer stuck in a "pending processing" state for over forty-eight hours when the money was instantly deducted from my primary checking account? The utility provider says they haven't received the authorization code, leaving our household grid link at risk of disconnection. The standard contact form on the transaction site just populates a generic ticket number without giving a clear resolution window.
